How to fix Meditation app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Meditation app on iPhone
Update Meditation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Meditation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Meditation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Meditation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Meditation Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Meditation not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Meditation App
1. On android, goto Settings » Meditation » click [Force Stop]

Update Meditation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Meditation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Meditation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Meditation.

Fix Meditation unable to contact server/ Meditation internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Meditation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Meditation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
