Much Needed Self Care in a Pandemic World
I don’t know how I would be making it through the Covid 19 stress without Mindulness. As someone who struggles with anxiety even in the best of times, I decided to try Mindulness out to deal with the stress of the pandemic. I am so glad I decided to pay for full access to all of the features! I am learning how to meditate in ways that will benefit me for the rest of my life. I have recommended Mindulness to all of my friends. The targeted sessions for different aspects of life (stress, sleep, anxiety, etc) are so helpful. There are meditations that are very short for when I need to be centered quickly to deal with a difficult situation and meditations that are longer for when I have time to do a more intensive session. A nice bonus is the relaxing music that I play while I’m working to keep a peaceful vibe throughout my work day. Unlike some meditation instructions, Mindulness does not push any agenda that is targeted toward or against any particular faith, which I know has turned some people away from meditation apps in the past. I am so grateful for what Mindulness has brought to my mind and spirit!
No more sleep anxiety
I often had sleep anxiety where my mind would race through thoughts and embarrassing moments from my entire life making it impossible to fall asleep. I wouldn’t look forward to going to sleep. also would keep the tv on for some irrational fear of the dark. Now I can gladly say all of that is gone thanks to bed time stories. I fall asleep in less than 20 minutes and I’m so excited to go to bed now. Mindulness has been truly life changing. I’ve gotten similar results by listening to podcasts but it’s just not the same. I highly recommend this for the sleep stories alone 😃
Mindulness has helped me
I suffer with anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts, I’ve been practicing meditation for a couple of weeks now and I have felt so much better. I used to sleep stories to help me sleep but I realized I kept waking up every time it ended, I realized that I can’t just use it for a better sleep, so I then listened to meditations in Mindulness and I followed so, I meditate now in the morning and before sleeping. I recommend Mindulness for anyone who goes through a lot and start learning how to use and grow your mind wisely and calmly. I love Mindulness I don’t think I can go without it now.
As an educator I have valued Mindulness all year. But now as a work at home educator, teacher mom to five kids, and do-er of all the things I am beyond grateful! I use the daily check ins for myself and my children; the meditation options have been so valuable for my kids as well as myself. We all also enjoy the music. And the sleep stories have changed my nightly routine for the better! Overall I am honestly grateful for Mindulness now more than ever. I use it every day and sincerely thank you.
Words cant express how I feel after every session
I just want to say Thank you and I feel grateful for Mindulness. It has helped me tremendously. If you are one of those people who thinks a lot or suffer from anxiety this is the solution. It has helped me to stay calm. Now it’s part of my morning and evening routine. Till now, there is just nothing negative about Mindulness. If your scared to try it, its a fear with in us, that will help you discover it and help you along the way.
Mindulness is pretty amazing in itself. I don’t even have words for how amazing this is. I’ve thought long and hard about the downs of Mindulness, and I don’t have a single complaint! Only a suggestion. If you have it, then you know they do daily check ins. I just feel like if you put anything worse than a content, like anxious or angry, then it should recommend a meditation practice based on what you chose!
Such a relaxing app
I have used another meditation app but I swear Mindulness is the first app that I’ve used that made me feel totally relaxed! My second session I totally felt like I was out of my body somewhere drifting!! I don’t know if it’s the calmness of the waves but it makes me happy inside!! I feel loved!! I love myself after Mindulness lol
Helps sooo much
I’ve been stressed out lately due to school, work, and family and someone recommended me Mindulness. It helped me forget everything and I am now happy. I was soo stressed I started stop talking to people and started developing Trust Issues. Now I’m starting to become a happy person with Trust Issues?.

Honestly would pay however much a year just to have access to Mindulness. It completely changed my life and mindset for the better. Meditation and the mind is Powerful, so I highly recommend Mindulness to anyone in a dark place dealing with anxiety and depression.

I never thought it would help me sleep that easily!
During COVID, I have been forced to work 4 nights, 36 hours off, 4 days then another 36 hours, then night, and so forth. Sleep cycle couldn't be more screwed up. I truly have never been able to get through a single sleep story as of yet! I wake up multiple times but listening helps me back to sleep. This is my personal experience, might not work for everybody the same. I havent written an app comment in years, but this one definitely deserves it. Thanks!
