There has been consistent problems with the checkout process. Continuously indicates they don’t ship to the US when they do. I’ve been able to purchase in the past . Unfortunately for weeks now this is what it says. I’ve attempted to get help directly from the site but they just tell you to uninstall Thrift2U and reinstall. I had 80 items in my cart that disappeared when I did that and it did not help. The problem persists. They haven’t done an update on Thrift2U in four months but they insist it’s not an issue on their end. It’s not an issue on my end and they are losing money. I love the site. Great deals and worth it but they are new so it’s probably just a process to get it all sorted out.

To be honest, I didn't have high hopes for Thrift2U. $1 clothes? Sounded too good to be true, but I decided to give it a try. Shipping was relatively expensive (around $20) and took about 3 weeks but the clothes are in excellent shape, fit the description, and smell great, like they just came out of the dry cleaners. I'm very pleased and I'll continue to use Thrift2U whenever I can.

I placed an order with this company about a month ago, and received my clothes together day. I have to tell you that I was sincerely disappointed with the clothes I received! None of them were true to size, meaning that the tag might say one size, but the item a different size altogether. Some of the items were irregular. But all together, none of them fit me correctly. Not only that, but the clothes smelled like mothballs! I can make a few alterations myself, but it sort of defeats the purpose of buying them in the first place. I don’t need to buy from them ever again!

I ordered once in July of 2021. I never got a shipping confirmation. Over two weeks later I emailed the support chat and got an immediate response that I should be updated in 24-48 hours. 3 days later I had still gotten nothing so I sent a chat in their support chat again (which says responds immediately) I waited 6 days with no reply. I then emailed support who got me the shipping information and offered a partial refund. My package finally arrived nearly a month after I ordered, nearly two months later I still have not received my refund. The things I received I’m happy with but the service in general is just bad.

Excellent experience overall, everything seemed to be fairly in good condition for $1.00 I could not believe it. I will definitely be ordering again.

Shipping took almost a month, I tried emailing them about 2 orders and never got a response. The only response I got from them is that my package would come in like 2-3 days which wasn’t true and came like a week later. Some items that they sell are also not described very well as with a pair of jeans I bought looked completely fine in the listing and then when I got them they had a giant hole under the zipper. The shipping cost is also very expensive.

I spent an hour adding items to my cart and was ready to check out until I realized shipping alone would cost $30, and all I was ordering was some hats, a couple shirts and small toys. Shipping for this bundle on other apps would cost so much less and it’s almost as if they’re charging you shipping for each individual item.

I decided to give this a chance, but when I tell yiu there’s absolutely nothing here that’s halfway decent...oh my. You still have to pay 5-10+ shipping (depending on the items/item amount). Trust me...hit you your local goodwill, folks. This ain’t it. The pictures are poorly taken and the items are very low quality. I’d throw them out or give them away. Thrift2U is...sad.

Great app! With everything being $1 you can truly see some great savings on a great platform

Your thrift store is a good deal most of the time, however the shipping takes way too long therefore this may be my one and only order. I wish this was different. I would shop with your store all the time

Shipping took a couple of weeks and kind of expensive compared to in person thrift stores but i liked my products that came!

i ordered this very cute sweater, then realized it was the wrong size, messages the company and got no response 5 minutes after ordering it, i requested to cancel my order multiple times but got no response and my order was not canceled, its been 3 days and still have not been canceled ive sent a number of requests and nothing. i feel like u should be able to cancel ur order at any time. 0/10 do not recommend using Thrift2U.

They say their items are cheap but then want to charge ridiculous amounts for shipping. I had 6 items in my cart (several were extremely small toys - like 1-2 inches) and they wanted $20 in shipping.
For 6 items.

Great you get stuff for $1.00 but you pay a huge shipping charge. Really in the end not worth it and quality of most items is not great.

This is basically an online goodwill I expected more so don’t get your hopes up. Nothing is wrong with Thrift2U it is wonderful just not what I expected.

Their shipping system is infuriating the more you buy the more shipping goes up otherwise it’s great but that alone makes it not worth it.

Great app. Easy to use. Great products for $1.

You may as well buy the item new with the cost of shipping making it way more money

Very inexpensive way to add to your wardrobe. Shipping time was reasonable, items were packed very neatly! Not everything was to my liking due to picture vs. actual item color....which can happen in purchasing anywhere. Overall was pleased with my purchase and will definitely purchase from again. App was very easy to use. Wouldn’t mind seeing most recent posted tab so easier to check regularly and only the newest posted to view. Would recommend trying Thrift2U.
