I am still trying to get a hold of customer service I spent $70 and I have nobody will return my calls it does anybody know how I can get a hold of these guys cuz I want my money back or I want my merchandise.
I had ordered some jewelry two months ago and never received it. I was told that the jewelry will be here and never came. What are you going to do about it?

I ordered once in July of 2021. I never got a shipping confirmation. Over two weeks later I emailed the support chat and got an immediate response that I should be updated in 24-48 hours. 3 days later I had still gotten nothing so I sent a chat in their support chat again (which says responds immediately) I waited 6 days with no reply. I then emailed support who got me the shipping information and offered a partial refund. My package finally arrived nearly a month after I ordered, nearly two months later I still have not received my refund. The things I received I’m happy with but the service in general is just bad.

Shipping took almost a month, I tried emailing them about 2 orders and never got a response. The only response I got from them is that my package would come in like 2-3 days which wasn’t true and came like a week later. Some items that they sell are also not described very well as with a pair of jeans I bought looked completely fine in the listing and then when I got them they had a giant hole under the zipper. The shipping cost is also very expensive.

I decided to give this a chance, but when I tell yiu there’s absolutely nothing here that’s halfway decent...oh my. You still have to pay 5-10+ shipping (depending on the items/item amount). Trust me...hit you your local goodwill, folks. This ain’t it. The pictures are poorly taken and the items are very low quality. I’d throw them out or give them away. This app is...sad.
