The app constantly opens when I'm on a completely different app.

I keep getting a biometric error unable to log into my Varo account & unable to use card it keeps getting declined

Since January, the Biometrics won't work with the Varo app AND ONLY VARO APP. Customer service is useless, either repeating their "solutions" which fail to help or just plain not reading what I write in the email. They've lost a customer.

Since October 2021 my Varo checking account HAS HAD $206 that I have been unable to access. I have tried to get help from Varo for a solid year but no one seems to have a clue how to fix anything. The bank verified the balance is correct that there should not be an issue with using the debit card or withdrawing funds from a ATM, but when I try either the card is declined every time. I also cannot transfer any funds to myself or anyone else. I call Varo tell them this and its like they have no clue what I am talking about so again I have to explain the entire situation over again to some new person that yet again does nothing to help me. I am so fed up
