Yes I placed a order two weeks ago still haven’t received anything I even tried to look up my order number it’s saying incorrect number and I don’t kno why I need my money back and a explanation on where my stuff is I’m very upset and this is unprofessional

My order was cancelled by you guys. I have no idea why. I haven’t recieved my money back. I would like my money back or my order to be placed . If not I will report y’all for scamming . I spent way too much trying to support y’all’s unprofessional business. I need my money back .

My daughter has returned her items to you over three weeks ago and it states on your companies website but it takes 3 to 5 business days for it to either be refunded to her wallet or to the method of payment that she use and it is not done so yet I need you to do this immediately and I need someone to please contact me 916-825-0157 or you can email her back at the email that is above but she's 13 she used her own money and you guys have not returned her or reimbursed her yet and I think that's very unprofessional her order number is BM5531606629. I’m not sure how my address was printed incorrectly on the shipping label but my things were returned. I’ve been emailing for my refund. I guess I will have to dispute it with my bank to get my money back. I will not be shopping with blush mark ever again.

I have sent 7 returns, some dated over a month ago. I have not received my money back for any of these returns. Everything I reach out to them through email I get the run around and empty promises. I have lost over $300 with these returns. I'm am very upser and will never order from Blush Mark again. What a scam!

I sent my return right after i got the package on January 24, it is now February 11, almost 12th and the “tracking” says they have still not received it and to “follow instructions to return” which i did three weeks ago. it’s a 150$ return. not happy
