The app itself is difficult to log into. There are about five different means of logging in and most of them time I spent stuck on a loading screen that would take me back to square one.
I also spent 50 euro for two premium full flight internet access codes (25 euro for each code) and was not able to do more than send texts via Whatsapp (which I think is a free option anyway) and check email. No Youtube, no watching any kind of videos. There was either no Internet available or it was so slow it would never load.
