I’ve been using stoic for several years now and they have yet to fix all the bugs in this app - especially the ones that don’t accurately display your actual account balances. When talking with customer service they advised me just to look at Binance directly. It would beg the question what does the 4-5% fee pay for? If the answer is the algorithm- well I would have done better just buying BTC or ETH and just sitting on it the last year. I did decide to renew, though, because when things are up in crypto this algorithm really does work - but only if they are up. That said I was charge for one account balance - but the bot had stopped trading and it took weeks for it to kick back in - actually it still hasn’t. In the mean time the assets dropped 20% in my account but I still paid on the higher amount. Had the bot been trading they likely wouldn’t not have dropped. Their customer services basically said that’s just volatility in this type of investment and wouldn’t reduce the fee - so, there is an unwillingness to accept fault when the delays or bugs actually affect your balance. It’s a fun thing to try with money you can lose but don’t go all in.

I believe stoic it’s a great concept... if it worked. Once I paid my fee it told me to wait 24 hours before trading would start. 24 hours went by and no trading started so I reached out to Store through the chat and they said it could take up to 72 hours and also attached an article explaining. Waited 72 hours and still nothing so I reached out to them again and they said change your hedging from Stoic dynamic to 0% and wait 24 hours, so I made the change, and guess what nothing.. reached out again and was told just to wait 24 more hours... if that is the kind of customer support you were going to provide your customers you might want to reevaluate your business strategy. Instead try to find out what the problem is instead of telling people just to wait 24 more hours. After all I did pay the fees.. should receive the service in return. I will gladly change my review if somebody can get my account working.

I had heard people raving about Stoic so I tried to set up an account. From the get go, setting up an account was nothing but problem after problem.

The app would not update the correct deposit amount that I had sitting in my Binance account. I tried resolving this issue with customer support and they responded once every 30 minutes with the most vague messages. I eventually was able to set up a new api key in hopes that this second key would update the deposit amount correctly when I was hit with an extra management fee when I had already paid the initial fee upfront.

I am here writing this review in hopes that the stoic staff sees this and actually decides to take action to actively help me figure out this situation. I can’t consciously recommend this app to others in the sorry state that this app is in. The app is made worse by the fact that customer support is nonexistent.
