Can’t verify payment

I have tried to place a lunch order for the past few days with 4 different payment methods and it just keeps saying can’t verify payment method and also when I try to delete a payment method from my payments tab it says we could not process your payment. Something isn’t working right. I updated the app, deleted and reinstalled the app and still not working.
Slightly weird app

For some reason every time I update my method of payment the app will display an error informing me that the payment is not recognized. I’ve tried numerous different payment options and it’ll still send an error. As a result, I am having to log out and create a new account with a different email address…very frustrating.
Missing nutrition info

Recently I have start using it at work and I like it so far. I am on diet so I measure my intake for each meal so if there is nutrition info that will be so helpful. Also when I select any option and I want to change it I have to deselect it instead app should deselect it on other selection.
