no option to purchase annual pass

MA now is selling all state park parking passes through Yodel which is highly problematic. The app doesn’t even give you an option to purchase an annual pass only daily passes. The app crashes when looking for certain parks. Very frustrating and currently, totally useless.

I bought my season pass on the Mass website, can’t connect it. Tried to add vehicle, app crashes. Emailed and sent a Facebook message over a week ago, nothing. This is useless and now I can’t even use my pass.
Wrong license plate in app.

The app shows my email address where my license plate should be. It does not have an edit button. You can’t contact Yodel and MassDCR can’t edit the license plate. They adviced me to send a letter for a refund and buy another pass. Really???
