I cannot access my season pass. It asks me for a 6 digit code from yodel, which I never received! Help, please!
Tried at Doheny SB, the machine at the parking lot charges $3/hr, while YodelApp charges $5/hr + 0.35 convenient fee. What a scam!!!

My job started using YodelApp and it has poor functionality.
Went through all of the steps of downloading YodelApp and registering only to have it crash when I try to add my vehicle, rendering YodelApp completely useless.
App seems pretty straight forward however we have a family pack (4 passes) and we’re only allowed to log on to 2 devices? Why not 4 so al 4 of us can access the passes at any time??
Useless since the payment never goes through and you have to go back to the lot to pay
YodelApp shows my email address where my license plate should be. It does not have an edit button. You can’t contact Yodel and MassDCR can’t edit the license plate. They adviced me to send a letter for a refund and buy another pass. Really???
I bought my season pass on the Mass website, can’t connect it. Tried to add vehicle, app crashes. Emailed and sent a Facebook message over a week ago, nothing. This is useless and now I can’t even use my pass.

MA now is selling all state park parking passes through Yodel which is highly problematic. YodelApp doesn’t even give you an option to purchase an annual pass only daily passes. YodelApp crashes when looking for certain parks. Very frustrating and currently, totally useless.
Created an account through link on MA DCR site. Purchased pass. Now I can’t log into app because it’s claiming I’m using the wrong 4-digit security code. This is ridiculous.
So I have a 5 number account for my MA state park parking pass. But Yodel wants a 6 number link code? Happy I printed my pass before leaving my house.
App asks you to log in with a phone number when signup didn’t ask for a phone number. Went to link my account to access my pass and YodelApp requires a code I never received and there is nowhere for me to prompt being sent the code. YodelApp is literally useless…
There’s no way to add a vehicle because YodelApp always crashes, so there’s no way to pay the parking fees.
No way to pay hourly. Makes public parks only accessible to people with lots of disposable cash to pay for a full day’s parking.
So here is my review you can’t buy a season pass through YodelApp .. you have to go to the DCR website and redirect to the yodel sight.. once you pay for the pass you then have to link your account to YodelApp .. which honestly should be automatically linked if you buy a pass.. so 3 steps to get a season pass.. I hope the state has extra staff to help people through this process that know what they are doing..
Great concept but crashes each time I tap add vehicle. Tried closing and at different times. Pretty useless if I can’t add my vehicle info for a parking app.

I think YodelApp is super innovative. I haven’t had to wait on link when I’ve needed to park even once. Highly recommend using it if it’s available near you.
