VPhoto Status

Same problem others are having--app has changed recently and will not allow me to go past the new log-in page. You can put your photo and name and there's no enter or next button to proceed. I have 2 frames on this app. The newest one will not even turn on now. What to do?

I cannot get past the welcome page. Please fix this as I am not able to send pictures to the frame. If you cannot fix this problem then are you going to reimburse us all for frames?

I have been using this since I got the frame for Christmas. Now it won’t let me send photos any longer and so I tried reinstalling the app and now it won’t let me past the log in screen. Asks for my name but won’t go further.

Vphoto will not let me go past the welcome screen. I can’t send pictures my mom has the frame is not working either it fine since last December. Please advise!! Thank you

I am extremely frustrated with my digital picture frame. After three months the V photo app does not allow me to upload pictures from my phone to my frame any longer. I tried to add the frame to the view photo app several times it’s been over six hours of me working on it and still no positive outcome. Every time I try to add the frame to the view photo app it says that my connection code is expired. What should I do?

CAN NOT GET PAST THE "SET UP PROFILE IMAGE" AND "ENTER NAME" ON THE WELCOME TO SCREEN. PLEASE HELP!

the app downloads on my updated iphone 6s. Asks me to load a photo and my full name. I do both of those and nothing happens. I go to settings on my iphone 6s and it only has 2 options, 1-- Siri and search, 2-- cellular data on or off.(it's ON). My husbands iphone 8 works fine but has 7 options under settings. 1-- photos, 2--local network, 3-- microphone, 4--camera, 5--siri and search, 6--notifications, 7-- cellular data, on or off( it's on). I am baffled. This app used to work fine recently but all of a sudden, the above happens. I've deleted and reloaded the app several times to no avail. What gives? Any suggestions?

Every time I try to load pictures and click send the app automatically closes and kicks me out. The app doesn’t work. Will probably return the frame

Cannot get photos from iPhone to photo frame. It tells me user does not exist. Cannot keep connected to WiFi. Help! It worked before I left on vacation

I bought 4 frames for Christmas and 2 of the 4 are not working. They are displaying a message that states "Unfortunately, VPhoto has stoppeed." I've tried to unplug, but it did not help. Please advise. Thanks

App is garbage. I try and send photos to my moms frame. The app opens and then immediately closes. Every time I try and use it. Absolute trash.
