Will.not.transfer.picture.with.wifi
Tried to send photos from iPhone, says successful, but then I get an email saying that the email is not valid! Strange since I getting the reply on my email they say isn’t valid
I got my photo frame in August. Worked fine for 3 months. Now the app says photos are sent successfully, they never download onto the frame. Have tried everything I can think of to resolve this problem. I did notice that the version on the frame is 2.1.2.1 I cannot find an update for the app with that version. Any ideas on where the updated app can be found?
I can no longer send photos to the frame. When I try to send them through the app it says "send successfully" but they don't go through. Help!

I uploaded pictures on the frame. However now I'm being asked to ask for a new connection code because the connection code I have 791069175 is invalid. I cannot figure out how to request another connection code. I can upload the picture to forward but no device shows on the form. I need to get these photos uploaded today because my family reunion is tomorrow.
The app won't let me send photos. It asks for a code to add frame. All already have the frame added.

I understand now why you do not want to give out your service that works YOU DON'T CARE We have a 9 " Frame BS WO9A X002ZK8F65 It is half full the app states pictures have been sent. However they do not go on the frame yes we have rebooted the frame and replaced the app and still nothing. The photo player is no longer working; It has stopped showing the photos and simply has a blue screen when plugged in. Can you pllease contact me with a remedy for the situation. Thankyou, Ms. Marques
This is my second one that doesn't work. It won't connect to the network and it won't display the code. I have been trying since last August to get a working product and it is January.

You can’t delete just one photo from a connected frame. And you also can’t see what other people post, picture wise, and would be nice if you could view what photos are on the frame that you’re connected to so you can see what the person who you got the frame for sees! I should have gotten the skylight frame. My sister got our grandmother one of those and the app is perfection! Really wish this company would take some notes! Hopefully they’ll fix the app to where it’s more user friendly. You can only upload like 3 or 4 photos anymore than that and the app freezes!

The reviews section seems flooded with fake reviews. I actually bought the product to better share photos with my family, but this does not function at all. The frame itself looks nice and the interface is good. However, the VPhoto app does not allow you to create a profile and simply says “Unknown Error” every time you try. There was supposed to be a way to email photos to the frame as well, but that doesn’t work either. There’s no way of contacting support to fix this. I am returning the product. Stay away.
Can’t do anything

All of the 5 star ratings are fake! This app doesn’t even work on my iPad. Tried installing because the app on my phone no longer shows my devices and the company insists the issue is my phone isn’t compatible, even though it was a few months ago when I bought the frames and tested to be sure they worked. Just installed this app on another device and it doesn’t go past the welcome screen and continues to say I’m not logged in, yet doesn’t give a place to login.
