Connected for months, added tons of photos. Now all of a sudden. Keeps asking for a code, enter code, won't send pics. Now won't even show pic options to add. Completely blank. I removed and readded frame as well as uninstall and reinstall

Won't let me send photos to the frame wants me to connect a new frame which I don't have

When trying to send photos it asks for code. When code is input, gives error (108 already connected) but photos won't send.

My app will not add photos to frame says I have to add code for frame when I dohat gives error code 108 frame already bound.

Got VPhoto frame for Christmas and set everything up, worked fine but I got a new phone and I can't get code to load on my new phone. I get a message 420 invaild connection code.

Message VP not responding. It gives a choice to click OK or Wait but if I click one, nothing happens.

Unable to refresh connection code , always given message “connection unavailable “ even after confirmation frame is connected to WiFi.

After selecting pics to upload to device come up error occurs no device options to chose from

When I received two of your frames, I turned them on and connected my app to them so I could pre-load the frames with photos for my parents. This DID work. When they went to set everything up today, my app shows no devices and when I try to connect a new device it just says “network error”. I am on an iPhone 13 Pro, version iOS 16. I tried on my parent’s wifi, our own wifi, and with just my phone’s data.

Can’t get passed entering name on the app. Network error. iPhone. Help please.
