Got this for my grandma for Christmas. We thought it would be a great way for her to stay connected with me and my cousins now that all of us are starting to branch out away from home. I got people set up and VPhoto working yesterday and all was fine until an hour or so ago when all of us suddenly can’t get on VPhoto . We all keep getting an “unknown error” notification whenever we try to do anything on VPhoto . We also were somehow disconnected from the device through VPhoto . I deleted VPhoto and tried to redownload it, but when I opened it back up now I can’t get passed the welcome page of VPhoto , and I continue to get the “unknown error” notification. Please provide a new update soon to VPhoto with bug fixes to this problem!

For a basic frame it seems good. Was easy to setup and send the connection number. Some problems downloading to it from VPhoto when in a different area. Takes a while for the pictures to load through. It would be great if there was another button to be able to add more photos in VPhoto instead of having to exit and renter VPhoto to select more photos. Also would be nice see all the photos everyone downloaded i stead of just what you only downloaded.

You can’t delete just one photo from a connected frame. And you also can’t see what other people post, picture wise, and would be nice if you could view what photos are on the frame that you’re connected to so you can see what the person who you got the frame for sees! I should have gotten the skylight frame. My sister got our grandmother one of those and VPhoto is perfection! Really wish this company would take some notes! Hopefully they’ll fix VPhoto to where it’s more user friendly. You can only upload like 3 or 4 photos anymore than that and VPhoto freezes!

The reviews section seems flooded with fake reviews. I actually bought the product to better share photos with my family, but this does not function at all. The frame itself looks nice and the interface is good. However, the this app app does not allow you to create a profile and simply says “Unknown Error” every time you try. There was supposed to be a way to email photos to the frame as well, but that doesn’t work either. There’s no way of contacting support to fix this. I am returning the product. Stay away.

This is a good frame for sharing pictures for grandparents! What would make it soooo much better would be if in VPhoto you could see all the photos that have been added by all the users and not just the ones that you have added. I ordered expecting it to have those features similar to the skylight frames! Really hope the add this feature. I would give a higher rating.

All of the 5 star ratings are fake! VPhoto doesn’t even work on my iPad. Tried installing because VPhoto on my phone no longer shows my devices and the company insists the issue is my phone isn’t compatible, even though it was a few months ago when I bought the frames and tested to be sure they worked. Just installed VPhoto on another device and it doesn’t go past the welcome screen and continues to say I’m not logged in, yet doesn’t give a place to login.

We got this for my Dad. Sounds like a great idea, but there are definitely issues. 1) videos will not upload. 2)it has some issues with uploading photos intermittently. 3) the interface could be a little more intuitive.
It’s an OK frame, but it could use some improvements overall.

After several attempts I was able to get photos to VPhoto , however, I have been unsuccessful in getting any photos to the frame even though I get a “send successful” from VPhoto . I also tried adding photos via the USB port and that also didn’t work. When you click on the website it is very thin in content with no way to contact the company. Also none of the links on the website work.

App crashes when trying to upload 50 pics. only worked once 50 at a time. Tried to uninstall and reinstall app and same thing happens. App needs to be redeveloped so that you don’t have to close it out and reopen to go back to options that are not available in beginning. Fyi, no tech issues on the users end..All other apps work on device being used and does not crash.

I was able to set up my profile and connect to the frame, but now VPhoto keeps crashing within 10 seconds of opening it, making it impossible to add any pictures to the frame. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded VPhoto to no avail. Really disappointing since the frame itself works great. VPhoto needs major bug fixes for the price of the frame to be worth it!

VPhoto software, which is very useful, will be supported for a long time. It won't change to something else.​​ ‍ ‍  ‌

Suddenly I cannot upload my photos from Email or from app. App is not working, Assistance is not working just sending me blanket email saying I don’t have a valid number. Not happy,Someone contact me back

Trying to setup my profile picture and name. It loads and I keep getting unknown error. There doesn’t seem to be any assistance on how to fix this. Very frustrated with this product and bought it for several family members. Will mostly likely return and get a different brand and never recommend this brand to anyone else.

I had no issues setting up the frame by using VPhoto yesterday for my father, but now today while showing him how it works and sharing VPhoto with family, it will not work. We cannot connect to the frame or send photos and some cannot create a user name.

We got the frame for our parents for Christmas so we could add pics for them to keep it fresh but VPhoto doesn’t work! It tries to load forever and flashes like it’s resetting and still sits there loading. I’ve been able to actually use it once. I wish I’d gotten a different frame for them now.

I’ve searched the whole app, and there’s no way to delete a single photo from the device. There might be photos to delete or replace, and there’s no way to do that.

This is a horrible app! I was so excited to load up my pictures. You can only upload 50 at a time. I’ve worked on it all day and have only been able to upload 200 pictures since VPhoto keeps kicking me off!!!! There are better apps and frames for this!

VPhoto is great in all, but the sending takes soooo long. At least ten minutes.

Nice app & easy to use but there’s no way to delete photos from the “queue” or already existing photos uploaded to frame. Fix this issue and I’ll give 5 stars!
