VPhoto Status

After sitting for hours, it finally decided it new the Connection Code. But: 1) There's no way to add the Connection code. The screens leading up to it have no place to enter digits 2) There is no "Add frame" icon / button in the app (or on the Frame, for that matter) 3) Scanning the QR code on my iPhone wants to call the number; it doesn't know that VPhoto wants it 4) I'm also stuck with the profile image / name. What't the purpose? Why does it reject finding an image? What is it looking for?

I have put in my profile photo and my name and when I try to continue it tells me I have a network error

Keeps saying network error and I’m unable to download more photos. Very disappointing and would like to see them update the app. Bought this for my poor grandma and now she can’t even use it for Christmas.

Get a network error on my iphone when I set my profile image and Name.

I just got this as a gift and can't get past username.

The app on my iphone keeps saying network error when trying to add the frame to the app. On the frames it says to scan the QR code and there is no option in the app to scan the QR code. Why create an app that doesn't work smoothly.

Can't configure. Stuck at "Pair Your Frame to the App". No connection code. No QR code except the one on page 2 for downloading the app. Did that. (1) Connection code is 9 digit series number which can be found in your frame. It's in Settings -> My frame on your frame. There's no device main interface on my frame, let alone -> Settings -> My frame (and VPhoto does not appear in my iPhone's Settings at all.) 2) VPhoto has no way to back up. I had to delete the App and reinstall to get to an earlier memo.

Says network error. Can’t connect to the frame

I am having trouble getting my vp photo frame connected to my internet how do I change the settings

Slide show will only present about 6 slides then gives error "Vphoto Keeps Stopping. or simply reverts to home page.

Frame keeps returning to the homepage from slideshow. Have to restart slideshow from homepage and it does not stay with slideshow for long. Thank you for your help.

App is not allowing me to upload pictures from phone.

CANNOT ADJUST TIME INTERVALS ON SLIDE SHOWN IN THE SETTINGS MENU. THE TIME INTERVAL REMAINS CONSTANT AT 5 SECS REGARDLESS OF CHANGING THE TIME

HI I was trying to add photos and it asked to do update once I tried update the system stopped working and now I get an error saying There is no content for importing. I get no other options cannot get into the vphoto. This is very disappointing since I really enjoyed using it. I also tried the reset in the back, umplugged it and plugged it several times. Please advise what to do. Thanks, Ana Roses

after update yesterday 10/14/22, just says not VPhoto has stopped, reset a couple times, unplugged s couple times and still same. I HATE updates!! FIX IT!

Is it possible to upload all the photos on my iPhone at one time? Also how do I control the number of or size of the photos displayed?

VPHOTO App is showing network error. I am connected to Wi-Fi.

Won’t let me send pics from my phone to my photo frame. Comes up network error.

I can’t add pictures to put on my frame. It comes up with my current pictures and says next on top right but then it asks to select pics. I already have all those pics on my frame. I want to load new pics and I can’t.

Is there a limited amount of pictures the frame will take ?

My VPhoto frame won’t accept any more pictures

I have a VPhoto and my mother in law has one. We have been able to send photos to her no problem. I have given the code to a relative, and when they enter the code, they get a message that says that the device has been “bound”. What’s up????
