I received a VPhoto Frame for Christmas. I was setting it up and adding pictures, but it has gone rogue. The settings pops up and down, the settings change. The pictures zoom in and out and turn upside down. The place where you can enter emails to add users types random letters ad numbers. I have tried everything but can't get these random commands to stop.

Every time I try to connect the frame, either by scanning or entering the 9 digit code, I keep getting the message invalid code. I can't use the frame at all.

Vphoto frame said update was needed. Performed update and now it keep saying unfortunately Vphoto has stopped. Cant even see the existing photos either. Need assistance. Thanks!

I bought my aunt the frame, when she set it up and sent me the connection code it keeps saying error code 420 invalid connection even when she sends a new code. I have reinstalled the app on m phone several times. Please advise. Thanks

Frame keeps saying “Vphoto isn’t responded. Do you want to close it”. I’ve pushed wait, close, and restarted it. It is up to date and is working but the error message is right in the middle of the screen and will not go away. Please let me know if there is a soultion. Please work on this app. You have a lot of complaints and angry customers with useless products that were not inexpensive.

Error message on my digital picture frame saying "Vphoto keeps stopping". Cannot even get back to home on the frame. Checked Vphoto reviews--they are terrible--many dissatisfied customers who are locked into Vphoto in order to use Fuljja digital frame. If I don't get a resolution from you guys, I will add another negative review to the already existing negative reviews!!

When I upload images via email, it is inconsistent. I sent several photos a few days ago, and I received neither an error message nor did the frame connect. So I tried again. I got a bunch of "this email is not connected to the frame" errors. I went to the frame and got a new code. 20 minutes later, the photos have not arrived, BUT pictures I sent a while ago have finally arrived at the frame. How long should it take to get a picture to the frame via email?

I'm trying to upload pictures and it wants the code. I have had this frame for a while now and it has been working fine. Now it keeps asking for code and i put it in and it does nothing. Now the upload on my phone where I can pick pictures is blank. HELP

When I received two of your frames, I turned them on and connected my app to them so I could pre-load the frames with photos for my parents. This DID work. When they went to set everything up today, my app shows no devices and when I try to connect a new device it just says “network error”. I am on an iPhone 13 Pro, version iOS 16. I tried on my parent’s wifi, our own wifi, and with just my phone’s data.

I can’t get pass the first page of Vphoto app. Try to create profile and it start to load then get network error. Why?

After sitting for hours, it finally decided it new the Connection Code. But: 1) There's no way to add the Connection code. The screens leading up to it have no place to enter digits 2) There is no "Add frame" icon / button in the app (or on the Frame, for that matter) 3) Scanning the QR code on my iPhone wants to call the number; it doesn't know that VPhoto wants it 4) I'm also stuck with the profile image / name. What't the purpose? Why does it reject finding an image? What is it looking for?

The app on my iphone keeps saying network error when trying to add the frame to the app. On the frames it says to scan the QR code and there is no option in the app to scan the QR code. Why create an app that doesn't work smoothly.

Can't configure. Stuck at "Pair Your Frame to the App". No connection code. No QR code except the one on page 2 for downloading the app. Did that. (1) Connection code is 9 digit series number which can be found in your frame. It's in Settings -> My frame on your frame. There's no device main interface on my frame, let alone -> Settings -> My frame (and VPhoto does not appear in my iPhone's Settings at all.) 2) VPhoto has no way to back up. I had to delete the App and reinstall to get to an earlier memo.

HI I was trying to add photos and it asked to do update once I tried update the system stopped working and now I get an error saying There is no content for importing. I get no other options cannot get into the vphoto. This is very disappointing since I really enjoyed using it. I also tried the reset in the back, umplugged it and plugged it several times. after update yesterday 10/14/22, just says not VPhoto has stopped, reset a couple times, unplugged s couple times and still same. I HATE updates!! FIX IT!

I have a VPhoto and my mother in law has one. We have been able to send photos to her no problem. I have given the code to a relative, and when they enter the code, they get a message that says that the device has been “bound”. What’s up????

Same problem others are having--app has changed recently and will not allow me to go past the new log-in page. You can put your photo and name and there's no enter or next button to proceed. I have 2 frames on this app. The newest one will not even turn on now. What to do?

I am extremely frustrated with my digital picture frame. After three months the V photo app does not allow me to upload pictures from my phone to my frame any longer. I tried to add the frame to the view photo app several times it’s been over six hours of me working on it and still no positive outcome. Every time I try to add the frame to the view photo app it says that my connection code is expired. What should I do?

the app downloads on my updated iphone 6s. Asks me to load a photo and my full name. I do both of those and nothing happens. I go to settings on my iphone 6s and it only has 2 options, 1-- Siri and search, 2-- cellular data on or off.(it's ON). My husbands iphone 8 works fine but has 7 options under settings. 1-- photos, 2--local network, 3-- microphone, 4--camera, 5--siri and search, 6--notifications, 7-- cellular data, on or off( it's on). I am baffled. This app used to work fine recently but all of a sudden, the above happens. I've deleted and reloaded the app several times to no avail. What gives? Any suggestions?
