Bonsoir ! J'ai effectué un retrait d'argent hier soir à 21h mais jusqu'à présent on me dit payement en attente. L'argent n'est pas venu dans mon compte Orange money ce n'est pas non plus dans mon compte betmomo.Donc j'aimerais savoir pourquoi c'est ainsi ? Et comment on peux résoudre ce problème

How to fix BETMOMO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BETMOMO app on iPhone
Update BETMOMO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BETMOMO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BETMOMO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BETMOMO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BETMOMO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BETMOMO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BETMOMO App
1. On android, goto Settings » BETMOMO » click [Force Stop]

Update BETMOMO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BETMOMO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BETMOMO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BETMOMO.

Fix BETMOMO unable to contact server/ BETMOMO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BETMOMO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BETMOMO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BETMOMO
