MZ Titan OS Reviews

So to start off it was working fine until I updated it last night. I went to check the update and it takes quite a while to find one only for the update to disable L1 and R1 on my controller that I’ve been using for years. Now a $400 controller is bricked because I wanted to make sure it was up to date. MZTitanOS has horrible connection problems. Not to mention MZTitanOS disconnected while trying to update so I’m not even sure if that is what caused all of this.

Horrible connectivity issues constantly. Can’t use the controller as normal controller until you connect to MZTitanOS to turn off the mods. So you better remember to turn off the controller before you turn off your Xbox otherwise you’ll deal with I’m doing with. MZTitanOS is taking me more than 30 minutes at one point to connect. Just re-downloaded MZTitanOS because I cannot connect as I am writing this review when the controller is stuck in a mod you can’t even manage to get around the homepage on Xbox.

MZTitanOS works good for me it’s the controller that has me upset. After buying all the mods and a custom controller over $200 it had stuck drift after a couple weeks and when I contacted support they wanted a video of the drift to have there people review it since it was past the warranty of two weeks.
You’d think after spending that much money on their product they be more willing to help fix it or just make a quality product.

MZTitanOS sounds great and is great… when it’s great. The connectivity with MZTitanOS and the co trollers mod chip is quite poor considering I spent less for a ps5. MZTitanOS closes frequently and requires you to connect back to the chip very frequently, at that point it’s a time bomb waiting for serious problem with the gameplay to occur its very annoying almost as if an so is trying g to take over my game but that’s not the case. The very least when that happens if unattended to is the mods just stop working. The best case scenario is everything is fine, mod chip still doing it’s thing and you are having no issues. Even if you don’t plan on using the mod chip the controller still almost seems dependent on you using MZTitanOS with your controller layout setting in MZTitanOS even if you are running basic control schemes or else the gameplay will be subpar-unbareable as well as frustrating.

Bought a new controller same one I had before and on the first controller I bought $50-$60 worth of Modz when I got my new controller me thinking it will be the same and have all my Modz still nope they wanted me to purchase all Modz again, they need to set up a account for the Modz so that when you login you will be able to have anything you previously purchased but I’m sure that’s why they want you to have or get warranty, but no one told me that this would happen I contacted customer support let’s see if they able to accommodate or help with the problem, sent a email with proof with purchase and all but let’s see they but if they don’t fix it’s a scam and not worth it because if your controller goes bad and you didn’t warranty and you bought Modz you will have to buy a whole new controller and the Modz

Controller $150+ Modz can = up to $210 or more , that’s almost a scuff controller lol don’t get me wrong love the company and the controller but didn’t expect this problem!!

If they respond and fix issue I will update with 5 star and great review on how they fixed but till then 1 star

I was going to make the purchase today, but then I noticed your subset of purchases and I can’t even see what you’re selling, and if the demo mode is the best you can offer it has no pricing guide. Therefore I’m not sure I wanna purchase your item as the demo shows it as extremely limited and unreliable because of lack of pricing I could buy this controller and then you could have it as low as 1.99 but as high is $10 million dollars plus your mod list is extremely limited and just to know I am no longer a potential buyer I found a better product that it gets updated on the and I would recommend all customers to get it cronus zen

I will say the mods work, MZTitanOS not so much. In a span of maybe 5 minutes MZTitanOS crashed multiple times or disconnected from the controller. From what I can tell, the profile of mods selected before the disconnect or crash still run on the controller. The company needs to fix MZTitanOS on a huge scale, it is extremely frustrating paying for such an expensive item when MZTitanOS , that is needed, barely works.

Their app hasn’t been updated in two years even though tons of people reported bugs, they offer multiple options for payments on their website, but cancel orders and tell you to send them PayPal to process it, controllers just thrown together leaving customers without working buttons and non existent customer service

I paid over 400 dollars for my remote and mods/ scripts. The controller only worked good for a few months then it went down hill fast. The controller is very glitchy and unstable. It feels like my character is being pushed around by wind. The mods seem to hurt my performance more than help. My character constantly drifts up towards the sky while aiming down sights. The connection to MZTitanOS is horrible. I constantly get kicked off MZTitanOS while trying to set up my controller. This thing has great potential but as of right now it’s trash. So many bugs to work out . I truly hope they fix everything that needs fixing so the can put. A more quality product out . Right now the grade is D

So first let’s start with how it took over a month to get my controller.
Second-Connection is a big problem. I had to keep removing and uploading MZTitanOS cause it wouldn’t read the chip.
Third- after I got it to read the chip and started adding mods it kicked me out MZTitanOS and I had to go through the uploading of it all again.
It has potential but until they fix MZTitanOS it’s definitely frustrating and not worth what they charging at least for the moment.
Last. I bought the fps pack for all the shooting games but not all the mods show up and it shows I have to add credits that cost more money for extra stuff. Like come on man the controller already is 200 plus dollars.

I been using MZTitanOS and the controllers for over 3 or 4 years now. I use the controllers when they work. I’ve had to send them in multiple times for repairs. I own three of their controllers and I really like them when they work. However now I’ve ran into a new problem which makes the controller just a regular controller. MZTitanOS doesn’t stay connected, if my phone screen times out it disconnects. If I use my phone MZTitanOS disconnects. I also, need to send a controller in again, because of stick drift. Which I’ve had to do every year since I got the controllers. Good controllers, but the longevity is not there. I’m only writing this review because I deleted MZTitanOS to see if that would fix the disconnection issue. Guess I will see.

The controller itself is amazing… MZTitanOS is way too complicated! They need to come up with a way that makes it easier for customers to get the most out of the controllers and what they pay for. MZTitanOS is way too confusing I want to customize my button layouts but I can’t figure it out with no go examples on to do so.

Pros:
- App is simple to connect/pair with controller
- Mods are detailed out (there are cons)
- App switches pretty fast between mods when selected/switching
- All-in-one package app

Cons:
- App doesn’t have regular maintenance (last update a little over a month ago)
- Some mod functions are inoperable (akimbo fire)
- No charts can be found for the in-mod values when setting up mods (good luck adjusting values; even understanding each value within each mod)
- Could be a great controller company however, you can get better functionality and versatility with a preset modded controller and save $50+ easily with the same if not better user friendliness (master mod chips, etc)

I bought the Titan MZ 1.0 modship, and it worked awesome. barely any issues. I just bought the 2.0 (which adds newer and improved mods), and all of the mods are either not working or super glitchy. Mind you, it is very hard to contact these people. Very frustrating

I've been using MZ Titan OS for several months, almost a year. The controller and app have help up phenomenal, however I would like to see more stability and better UI updates in MZTitanOS itself. I also think that MZTitanOS itself can be quite laggy and buggy at times. I hope they will release more updates as MZTitanOS has tons of potential!

Tried to make a purchase within MZTitanOS for a mod I didn’t have, it froze while loading to add credits. Force closed MZTitanOS and tried to open it but now it won’t after that. So I cannot even use any mods on my new controller. Was working fine since I got it until I went to buy a mod within MZTitanOS . Please update to fix this issue.

MZTitanOS is amazing you get full customization without having to tap a mod button 20 times. I don’t know people are bashing customer service etc. i emailed them and got a reply within 30 minutes or so. Will continue to buy controllers here.

App is great, once you have your mod package selected you can close out MZTitanOS , the chip recognizes it without MZTitanOS open. Anti Recoil is the best. Literally no recoil in apex with any gun. Same for COD. But…. Need strafe mode to instantly strafe from left to right while shooting. This would rock!! Have 3 controllers, these are my go too’s for sure in any FPS game.

My controller came not even a week after I ordered it and everything was good! The mods take a little while to get used to but once you do it’s super easy to use. This is my second controller from them.
