I find the application very beneficial however I’d like to enter my meds on separate lines and ICEMedicalStandard does not allow this. There is also nowhere to put supplements unless you put the under medication. It would also be very beneficial to have Past medical issues addressed in some format. The other thing that would be beneficial is that I have some cognitive deficits as a result of the TBI and therefore I cannot read and it would be nice for the medical facilities to know that.

ICEMedicalStandard is definitely a “MUST OWN” for everyone everywhere.

I’ve used ICEMedicalStandard since 2013 & I’ve had no issues at all. I read other comments about not being able to put medication dosages, or listing individual meds & in alphabetical order, not being able to add meds...all of which are not issues! When typing in my meds, I write the strength & dosage if over once p/day (X2, for ex), or as needed. Editing is a matter of placing the curser, backspace & write new med in, no biggie.
It’s a free app! You have to do some of the work yourself! It’s very handy for what it’s intended for. My doctors are impressed!

I've been recommending ICEMedicalStandard since January 2011 to all My Family, Friends and Customers. The quality of ICE Medical Standard App has been consistently a 5 Star App. Only had to call Tech Support once for questions about features. How many FREE Apps give Phone Support? A must have App for First Responders and EMT's to get your Emergency Medical Contact Information within Seconds instead of Minutes. I've been following the ongoing success of ICE Standard from About The Kids Foundation and the University of San Francisco research paper titled "In Case Of Emergency Standard". I give ICEMedicalStandard 5 Stars.....

My husband strongly recommended ICEMedicalStandard for me and it has certainly been instrumental in ensuring he doesn’t forget anything when being asked what medicines he’s on or for previous medical issues and surgeries.

Might I suggest to the developers two very important and glaring omissions on ICEMedicalStandard:

1) include a print feature (currently, we have to screenshot each screen and drop into a word processing document to print before trips to doctors offices;

2) make the user account on ICEMedicalStandard have a sign-on that can be opened on multiple devices so that users don’t have to recreate their entire history when changing devices (recognizing adding a sign-on makes it difficult for emergency personnel to access - maybe a migrate data feature instead?)

I need to update my information but in order to do so I have to delete all of what is already there. I can’t just add to, change or delete just 1 item. I have to hit edit first.
App is very useful and has came in handy for me several times. Even at Dr offices when asked for med list why does the edit button have to be hit first?
I give them my phone with ICEMedicalStandard open.
How is the healthcare pros suppose to access all the info without hitting edit first.

I used ICE Standard today to make some changes to my health information. ICEMedicalStandard is a bit elementary in its appearance and is lacking certain features. It’s very hard to edit things like contacts or medication. There should be an edit button, then those 3 horizontal lines next to each medication to that you can long press on and slide and rearrange the order. I had to be a little crafty to move them up or down without the 3 lines edit feature. So I gave it 3 stars.

ICEMedicalStandard is truly a life-saver, especially for my family. I recently downloaded ICEMedicalStandard and saw how easy it was to have all your needed information in one place. I can't help but think about what a great tool this would be for people like my grandma who doesn't speak English very well and may not know her allergies and medications off the top of her head. Such a great prevention tool to prepare for any future mishaps, especially if you're unable to communicate. Thanks J.E.!

As a manager of over 30 employees, some with sensitive health issues and allergies to certain medications, ICEMedicalStandard gives me piece of mind. I am in no way a first responder, so being able to quickly access critical Info and contact first responders in case of an emergency is very reassuring. I would recommend ICEMedicalStandard for anyone who in a leadership position and is expected to also be a leader in case of a natural disaster or health crisis at his or her company.

It has all the important information covered and also has a section for important notes. Gives you tips on where to put ICEMedicalStandard icon for easy reference for the emergency workers and allows you to set it as a lock screen, which is also a good idea for many people!
It’s also easy to edit to make updating information quick and simple to do.

Great basic emergency info app. However in today’s mobile world it would help if there was a place for a second address. My address is entered when I’m in the state I originally input my information. We have since moved but return home every 3 months for doctors visits, etc. It would be nice to have a place for the address we reside at so, depending on where it’s needed, first responders have local information.

I've had ICEMedicalStandard on my phone for years & felt safer knowing pertinent info would be available to medical personnel or police if needed. Recent had a blip with update and I called the phone # and spoke with a very nice man who took much time in explaining what happened and why. Excellent tech support!!!! Don't pay attention to nay-sayers. Oh, and by the way, ICEMedicalStandard is FREE!!!! They are a non-profit organization. Thank you ICE for you service.

Yes, it was a pain in the parts to add all the information. But now that’s done. I need to deal with that information again only if it changes (and for typing with one finger on this tiny screen, with all my meds, that’s a big deal). The only things I can think of to add would be an organ donor line (every minute counts), and any special instructions.

Finally!! I was very pleased with the out come of this application! Very helpful and convenient! Now I feel a little more safe just invade I ever need assistance if I'm unconscious! I'm 8 months pregnant right now so I know this will be a big help for me when I go into labor and if I don't have the right information with me this is definitely going to help! Very thankful I was informed of ICEMedicalStandard! 🙌🏼

Finally! An app that gives piece of mind for a potential emergency situation. This has been long overdue in this age of technology .ICEMedicalStandard will even provide GPS coordinates in the event of an an emergency when triggered. Fantastic. I'm getting this for all of my family and friends. App is simple to use and even has a locked screen image to provide information to first responders

I’ve been using ICEMedicalStandard since it first came out. It’s easy to update with no problems. And it is easy for emergency people to get info with out fully opening the phone to get the info. Really, everyone should have ICEMedicalStandard. And you no longer need to bag all your meds to bring to the doctors too. Excellent app!

It’s a great app, but would like to see some enhancements.
For medications, include dosage and when taken. Also be able to sort in alphabetic order or by when taken. Let us be able to chose. Also for allergies.

Include an ICE contact with contact information.

Include spell check for conditions and medications.

Everyone needs to verify information every so often. That is, they forget to update information. Incorporate a reminder to appear say every six months to check it.

Incorporate that this data is accurate as of a certain date. I often have to review all info to make sure accurate. If I see that I updated it after my last dr appt, I don’t need to review.

As a physician, I can assure you that having important medical information readily available to first responders in the field and to treating physicians at the hospital is crucially important to quickly provide the best possible care. This easy to use app accomplishes this important task in just minutes. This free life-saving tool is a must have for peace-of-mind because emergencies are never planned.

Not a bad app overall. Could use some major tweaking though.

Have had ICEMedicalStandard for a while and it generally works fine. Tried to contact Tech Support; had to register first. Went through registration and was taken back to login page. Then tried to log in, but got message saying email confirmation was pending. Never got confirmation of any kind and still unable to contact Tech Support. No other means to contact them provided on web site.
Looked up parent organization on Internet and found no useful information there, either.

Had ICE as my lock screen. Wanted to make edit. Wouldn't accept my password. Went to page to reset password. Put in my email and got msg that I couldn't connect to server and should connect to internet which I was connected to. Said if it still didn't work to email support at an email that was not fully displayed on screen. Duh. Went back to original screen and all my data were gone. NOBODY ever calls back from corporate office. Screen has wrong information on it that can’t be changed. ICEMedicalStandard developer is going to get sued BIG TIME!!!

I needed to change the contact section of my information, so I touched “edit,” made the change and touched “done.” The next time I noticed the page, the change had not been made. That’s a big problem.
