I do not use the mobile version as much (only to upload pictures). So I’m still figuring out RR . I rated it one star because the desktop version(is what I mostly use at work), is absolutely horrible. Where to start? When the people that were designing the web version, were they sitting 2 inches from they’re screen? Desktop view is extremely zoomed in. The desktop version is hard to look at. Labor time is no longer added up when inputed, and when adding lines from the excessively long option list. It always resets to the top when done adding one line. The color scheme of the desktop version is horrid. I honestly loved the older version, please correct. I write this review in the hopes of the design team sees it. Sometimes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Tried to express my input to your support team, but has fallen on deaf ears. Only got replies to the extent of contacting me and training me how to use the “new version” of rapid. I don’t need training, the site is simplistic. But your design team has gone the extent to complicate it. If you really care about the product you distribute to dealers, you would consider my critique.
