Removing the ability to search my inventory based on selected specs made GM absolutely useless. That’s 99% of what I used it for.

As soon as I login and make any selection GM force closes on me stating, “Your session has ended. Please login again”. I’m new to selling Chevrolet vehicles and this would be a great tool but 95% of the time I’m unable to get passed the first click of a button.

I spent many hours looking for a contact to help me reset my password. I’m extremely disappointed at this moment. I have used GM for a long time to assist buyers make informed vehicle selections. I also deleted GM and reinstalled but to no success. I feel helpless.

This version lacks the family first support that the previous iteration of GM had. Was such an incredibly useful tool. A major step backwards.

The latest update has eliminated the ability of discount eligible employees and retirees from viewing vehicle options, prices and availability. Another example of this app reducing its loyalty to the people that continue to build and have built the company over a long career.

I was entering in a vehicle under the tow tab, and the only two specs that showed were part of the gear ratio and the weight you could tow with that gearing. But it didn’t show GVWR, Gross combination weight or anything else? Payload, none of that?

You can access a whole lot of information on GM, and it's fantastic! One thing I would love to see is the ability to sign in to GM with Touch ID for iPhone. It would definitely help to answer tough technical questions on the spot without looking distracted from the customer.
