Update: Warning - this will create problems if you open AdobeAccountAccess then delete it. All your Adobe apps will be defaulted to open using AdobeAccountAccess. If you deleted AdobeAccountAccess… you can’t open your other Adobe apps without going through a bunch of extras verification steps. Don’t say you weren’t warned! SHAME ON ADOBE!
Wow wow… after opening up AdobeAccountAccess for the first time, it continually went through numerous authenticity codes.. After nearly ten minutes, and still going through codes, I got very suspicious… so I decided to read the reviews. That’s all it took. DELETE! There’s no need for this application IMO, it’s just another foul means of data mining to grab your personal information…

Adobe are used to have a lot of respect for you, but this account access app doesn’t work at all. It’s the worst of the worst. Come on what’s happened to Adobe. I really would like a developer to reply back to this because I don’t understand why it is so difficult to get into your account. Come on Adobe fix it. Dammit!

Trying to cancel, just opened today and not interested in AdobeAccountAccess.

This is the kind of nonsense that drives me away from a software application I’ve been using since 1992.
Adobe, you need some psychological help, badly.

Does not work only causes problems delete it band forget about it. Total crap keeps asking for verification codes over and over

Why after several updates does AdobeAccountAccess still crash on iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15?
by Pacman0724
1. Why do you log me out every week? 2. If I can verify my account with either AdobeAccountAccess or 2FA, why do I still have to enter my password?
This. Is. Unbelievably. ANNOYING.

I just two hours and multiple attempts trying to use AdobeAccountAccess. The above person’s 1 in 5 is more like 1 in 10 at best. Hopefully they will fix this asap.

So I’m trying to get access into my Adobe account. It tells me to use the Adobe Access app. I need to sign in to the Adobe Access app in order to sign into my account but then I need the Adobe Access app to sign in to the Adobe Access app. Yes, you read that right. Make it make sense!

Hi Users! Far from saving you time, AdobeAccountAccess will have you pulling your hair out and swearing off two-factor authentication for a long time. Prepare for crashes, prepare for failures. Prepare for account lockouts and hours of lost productivity. Say one thing for AdobeAccountAccess - say it should be avoided like a nail in the eye. Unless you’re into that sort of thing, of course.
Hi Adobe. When there are so many proven and successful providers and 2FA apps like Authy, Microsoft, Entrust, Okta, Auth0, Google and more, why would you create such an eye watering pile of hot garbage? It’s embarrassing for your company; without a doubt, this ranks pretty high in the list of blunders tech companies make in their infinite arrogance. Carry on.

I’ve been locked out of my account for months. It sends me a number from Adobe but AdobeAccountAccess has no where for me to add it. Then AdobeAccountAccess gives me a number and Adobe has no where to put it. This is a scam. I have lost literal months of using my paid subscription with Adobe.

2 factor auth is jacked up. I’m done with all adobe products. This one provides easy access to AdobeAccountAccess Store where there are far better options for each adobe product. The UI is mediocre and my personal UX has been poo. To clarify for those not used to a pretentious Princess (myself) … UI = user interface UX = user experience.

So when i try to sign into adobe access os asks me to approve the sign in with Adobe Access. But I can’t do that since i am trying to sign into Adobe Access. I have had to delete all the adobe apps on my phone because I can’t sign in. Infuriating and ridiculous. And there is no option to NOT use Adobe Access. Thanks Adobe

Why has it become so hard to use Adobe? Sign in has become such a hassle. Everything freezes. Flops. Uses all your data and speed. What happened to Adobe? It’s trash! And expensive. And worthless. I want to own it and use it without having to log in every fricking time! Actively looking for an alternative. Hate it!

Hasn’t worked once since initially downloading years ago…very frustrating when I don’t have access to my ipad (ipad OS works just fine). I’ve kept it on my phone in case a functioning update is ever released but it has been YEARS and nothing happens. Makes me question the $60 a month I’m paying in subscription fees.

AdobeAccountAccess literally makes it HARDER to sign in. You end up signing in multiple times before you ever get access to your account. It takes longer, is completely redundant, and accomplishes nothing but aggravation. And now I can’t figure out how to unlink all my Adobe products!! Deleting AdobeAccountAccess does NOT WORK! FIX THIS MESS, ADOBE!!! You missed the mark by a LONG SHOT.

I’ve been using Adobe programs for over 20 years. Anymore your lucky after spending thousands and thousands of dollars if the programs even work. Shame on Adobe and Lets hope there is a replacement, or competition soon. Something to give Adobe reason to improve rather than feeling like they don’t need to concern themselves with the end user.

I am a big fan of most of Adobe’s products (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Acrobat), but the account access app is complete trash. I tried accessing my Adobe Portfolio (not great either) but needed to use the account access app to complete the sign in. But after opening AdobeAccountAccess , it asked for me to — wait for it — log in to AdobeAccountAccess and press #38. Hello! I WAS IN AdobeAccountAccess , LITERALLY! How exactly can I log into an app that I had open so I could access a random number for another Adobe product?? Good grief! Adobe should get rid of the account access app altogether.

How many times do I have to sign in? Why? Where did the users manuals go for all Adobe products? Everything is a video. I prefer to read what I need to read. I don’t need to be spoonfed videos. Are you making people illiterate on purpose? Seriously! It’s getting ridiculous. The Illiteracy project is working. Quashes one’s learning experience to a funneled slurry of know it alls that know little real time experience. I’ve seen regression. Little innovation. Too much overlap. That’s not good. Adobe brand is has scattered a once professional field to an anyone can do it just watch the video amateur hour.

AdobeAccountAccess does not work well. Four out five times it does not automatically authenticate you as advertised. Clicking the authenticate button regularly locks up whatever other Adobe app you were trying to use. It also enables multiple layers of two factor authentication forcing you to bounce between text messages and secondary email addresses to log into your account. It is not ready for use and it should be removed from AdobeAccountAccess Store until all these bugs are worked out. Strongly do not recommend you install this on your iOS device.

Doesn’t work on iPhone SE.

Why I don’t know 😒

I often switch between a personal and work Creative Cloud account. Since AdobeAccountAccess only supports one account, it is not nearly as useful as it could be.

I noticed that AdobeAccountAccess didn’t prompt me to allow notifications the first time so I had to do that manually. But other than that it’s been a smooth workflow.
