Without a doubt this company offers the worst service among all the tele-media companies that I have dealt with over the years. While the technical quality and reliability of their product as a service leaves a lot to be desired, their customer service is unmatched in terms of poor quality and unprofessional conduct. They practice "bait and switch" when they sold a package to me and when I called their customer service to file a complaint, their response was: "It is what it is!" This company should be ashamed of its deceitful and fraudulent business practice as well as its dismissiveness and defiant attitude toward customer care. My advise to those who are are thinking about becoming a this app customer is to STAY AWAY from this company. This company does not care about you and therefore does not deserve your business. On that note, if there ever was a solid case for justifying a zero star, this would be the one.

DO NOT download GLWiz anymore! It is consistently slow/ crashes a lot across all platforms especially Apple TV. Since couple of days ago, GLWiz has been removed from samsung tv with no warning and they have left more than thousands if not more paid subscribers hanging with no email responses back! Why don’t you update your app or answer your messages/emails??? Customer support is beyond garbage..As much as I love their content, I can’t stand supporting deceptive companies that exploit users for $$$. They deserve nothing but only one star was an option خجالت بکشید دزدهای احمق😡🤬😡If your headquatters was in the US, there would be a lot of us who would file a serious legal complaint for not refunding our paid subscription!!!!

This is a really good app for watching satellite channels via mobile.
The problem is it continually disconnects and I have to go one step back and run the channel again, going through this process, I have to pass these ads , which is really annoying and dangerous ( while driving and listening to the radio mode ).I’m from Iran, and I have to use VPN to access GLWiz contents.

Shame on this app FOR ELIMINATING IRIB FROM YOUR LINE UP. This is so unfair to suddenly drop the broadcasts from IRAN and offer no replacements. TOTAL BOYCOT Of YOUR CHANNEL IS THE LEAST WE COULD DO. Up to now we put up with you overselling your packages, daily crashes and not provide enough network to support it but now you disguised me. Bring IRIB back and redeem yourself or your rating will go down to ZERO.!!!!!

Maybe in the beginning it’s the consumer’s fault that turns to these platforms because of the lack of the copyrighted material and content but still there is a limit to interruption a program and show an ad.
You are stilling the content, showing copyrighted programs that is not yours at least don’t be greedy thieves about it and don’t show an ad every 5 minutes.
Reporting this hoping a persian community one day also have a strong copyrighted platform like netflix.

I don't have any problem with watching ads in a free application, but the button for closing the adds is almost impossible to find and then touch/push.

Needs more work to make it easier to close adds.

If you can’t cover the most popular Persian community events (like Nowrouz, popular soccer games…)because of technical difficulties what’s the point of paying monthly subscription! It hasn’t covered the best Persian movies and series for last year as well !

GLWiz is only for advertising, not a tv app. each minutes cut the movie and show you some ridiculous advertisements.

GLWiz is good, but sometimes it doesn’t work, and it won’t let you watch the channel

The previous version of this app was working very well and was not any problem. This version is so slow to load and freezes repeatedly even with VPN

These people start charging you for ever, as soon as you put your card info in there.

There is no option to cancel the subscriptions. I have requested cancellation for 5 times but they are still charging me $10 a month.

Worse app ever. Not mentioning the copy-right issues with GLWiz.

I do not know why Apple does not stop these scammers.

This only shows you annoying ads. No channel works. Absolutely disappointing!

Only a few months after subscription, you guys decide to stop IRIB without letting us know in advance?
This is an unprofessional as it can get...
Please issue us a refund, or bring the IRIB back!

This version of this app doesn’t work well as should. It’s freeze up with commercial. I do NOT recommend.

Very bad app, doesn’t let you to anything, you get the game screen and you can’t get rid of it

GLWiz have slowly servers and Iran’s internet speed too. So we can’t watch live tv on this app.

What happened to all of the GEM channels? They’re all gone. I’ll fix the the rating and review once they’re back.

It Freezes most of the time , too many ads , not recommended

How do I watch persepolis and team melli now? Hm? Boro baba
