Once you pay for the subscription, they just vanish. Live chat means nothing to them, although the option is there. They do not reply to emails either. Very unprofessional.

Without a doubt this company offers the worst service among all the tele-media companies that I have dealt with over the years. While the technical quality and reliability of their product as a service leaves a lot to be desired, their customer service is unmatched in terms of poor quality and unprofessional conduct. They practice "bait and switch" when they sold a package to me and when I called their customer service to file a complaint, their response was: "It is what it is!" This company should be ashamed of its deceitful and fraudulent business practice as well as its dismissiveness and defiant attitude toward customer care. My advise to those who are are thinking about becoming a GLWIZ customer is to STAY AWAY from this company. This company does not care about you and therefore does not deserve your business. On that note, if there ever was a solid case for justifying a zero star, this would be the one.

DO NOT download the app anymore! It is consistently slow/ crashes a lot across all platforms especially Apple TV. Since couple of days ago, the app has been removed from samsung tv with no warning and they have left more than thousands if not more paid subscribers hanging with no email responses back! Why don’t you update your app or answer your messages/emails??? Customer support is beyond garbage..As much as I love their content, I can’t stand supporting deceptive companies that exploit users for $$$. They deserve nothing but only one star was an option خجالت بکشید دزدهای احمق😡🤬😡If your headquatters was in the US, there would be a lot of us who would file a serious legal complaint for not refunding our paid subscription!!!!

Maybe in the beginning it’s the consumer’s fault that turns to these platforms because of the lack of the copyrighted material and content but still there is a limit to interruption a program and show an ad.
You are stilling the content, showing copyrighted programs that is not yours at least don’t be greedy thieves about it and don’t show an ad every 5 minutes.
Reporting this hoping a persian community one day also have a strong copyrighted platform like netflix.
