If I could give this app zero stars I would and here’s the reason why: 1. If you’re not Asian or look Asian, this isn’t the app for you. You will not be promoted, featured or acknowledged on this app in any shape or form. 2. You’re being extorted the app takes 30% of all regular gifts 96% of all gambling gifts even though it promoted as a gambling app to nothing gambling so you’re putting more into the app than you’re receiving. 3. App treat host and agents poorly. 4. Those positive reviews that you see are paid reviews. 5. The numbers on the app are fabricated and all fake. The app is broke. 6. Imagine streaming for six days 18 hours each week and you’re barely making $20. This app is a joke. go find you a different streaming platform. Like Tik tok or Bigo, this is not the one.

This app was good until I started to invest and Nikki started taking money out of my account and my host account without any explanation on why, causing my host to work double to make back what Nikki took to maintain a high level pay out tier. Customer service is condescending when speaking to Americans and never can find a issue even when you submit proof of the extortion that is going on! If you use the app don’t become a host or invest anymore on the app, they take your funds and prestige points whenever they want to! This app needs to be removed from the App Store.
Not diverse or inclusive

Been on for a few months the females earn 1,000 beans daily where the males don’t earn yet they spend and invest
the females get paid and have to only make 150,000 while the men have to make 400,000
there is no diversity within the app customer service team is not professional they don’t cater to the American market yet if it was not for the American market there would be no spenders
they need to make the application equal where all host earn equally daily regardless of there gender
this is gender discrimination and discrimination based on several protected classes
if a streamer is lgbtq they don’t care the app needs to have diversity and inclusion for all races and genders and pay equally
if you download just know the app only cares about what you spend not who you are or what you bring
