About: At a busy dog show, getting your dog to the line in an efficient manner becomes
more and more difficult. Rather than crowd around gate sheets, why not check-in

My A.G. app. is not responding. It does not ask for a code initially as it had in the past. It freezes(or crashes) during its use so that I have no idea where my dog should be in the trial's line up list. I have uninstalled it several times with the same outcome as previously mentioned. Can you please help me?

I have an I phone 10 and I can only get the app to work if I uninstall it, restart my phone, and reinstall it. Once I get the app running it will work until I accidentally close it. I’ve probably removed and added it 50 times now. I do love how handy it is when it is working!

LOVE THIS APP…when it works. Used for a year and reliable and excellent when Inhad a signal. However, they lit coders don’t keep up orb iPhones. In th last 3 months I mostly get the logo, then a grey screen. I delete and re-download which rarely works. I turn off my phone and on, and then SOMETIMES it works, other times it won’t load the trial list as I stand next to a Samsung user that works on the same exact carrier and signal. Used to work 99% of the time with a little tinkering and downloading, but recently 25%. Fix the lack of iPhone support and I’ll revise my rating…the last 2 months are a disaster for this app being desired to use at trials (I’m a trial chair) as 50% or so of our exhibitors have iPhones.

My club tried Agility Gate for the first time this past weekend, and for this handler who likes to work out of their car, it was a great help. However, I see two significant areas for improvement. 1) find a way to include the volunteer schedule. Maybe show as a “class” to check in to? Or add it in like the maps? And 2) A notification feature would be fantastic. At an individual level, “your dog is 5, 10, or however many out” as well as trial-wide notifications to anyone who has entered the password for a trial such as “now building Standard L1. Walkthrough to follow”, “Results posted”, or “Lunch will be available at 12 noon”
