I recently had one H10 Headset, But left side broke and wouldn't stay on my head ,s I ordered a new one , Now How do I connect to my TV when the old pairing is in my Settings
Need piece that holds strap in place so end doesn't flit closely. (for the watch band.) Pls advise...
Question: how we remove the band from the watch. we want to switch the bands. we have the E22 watches, the manual doesn't show how to get the old band to release from the watch. we don't want to break anything, so please tell us how to remove the old band.

My sleep tracking has stopped working. It worked a week ago and now it just shows Sleep duration 0% for 7 days now Up to this point the sleep duration has been kind of ok. But it’s not worked for a week Any solution?
I can't get past page 3 on your instruction sheet. Do I scan the QR code with the watch face or do I have to have the Letsfit app installed before I do this. Thanks John Lichter
I was given a Letsfit ID205l smart watch as a Christmas present in December of 2022. It is now April 2023 and the watch casing where the band attaches has broken away. I was told to by the company the watch was purchased from to contact Letsfit customer support which i did. Letsfit customer support asked me for particulars of purchase and photographs of the damage to the watch, I supplied both. I am now told that they do not ship to customer outside of the USA. and to now contact the supplier from whom the watch was originally purchased from. There is no customer support from this company of a product they market...they just waste your time in asking for information on a their product of which they have no intention of doing anything to correct even when the product fails miserably. My advise to all....avoid at all costs.
Purchased a pair of letsfit smart watches ,kept one and gave one to my niece (IW1) absolutely loved them, all of a sudden it just stopped working, bought it from HSN,tried everything and nothing, emailed your help link and no response, can someone please contact me, I really loved the watch.
Id205s had failed to log 2 achievement awards, very disappointed. I am now begging to loose interest in striving for awards
I have a Letsfit IW1 Black XO watch and the screen comes on for a little while and then it goes blank or dims so badly that you cannot read the screen anymore. I bought it from HSN on 07.25.2022 and was told to contact you directly. I don't know why all of a sudden it is doing this. I take my watch off when I shower. Can you please advise. I have written you a couple of times in two mouths or more,also talk with someone about getting a replacement cord for my watch(1W2) I am puzzle about no respond and not able to get a replacement cord. I was told that they would talk with manager about a cord never heard from anyone.It is that important to the company to just sell a product that you don't replacement parts of any kind for any of your products. So, my watch is Dying…I’ve had it 11 months. I followed alllll the directions - it isn’t charging the past two weeks like it should. It’s not holding a charge at ALLLL. For example, it was charged three times yesterday- every two hours! It says 100% but then it’s down to 37% an hour later, charge again to 100…down to 41% an hour later, etc…then again at 22% charged for hours today…and it’s at 13% - different outlets, different plugs…it’s not working. Messg’d helpline & “no longer under warranty” okay..that stinks. What product doesn’t last 11 months?!? Or, 10 1/2? Went ahead & ordered a DIFFERENT product.

I have been trying for hours to get notifications from my phone on the watch. Bluetooth notification is on, location is on and all setting at the app are on. I knew I was not going to be able to respond to txt, but now disappointed because I will not be able to receive them either. Besides that, the other features seems to be working fine.

App is pretty straight forward & gives a lot of info & seems encouraging to help nudge me forward. Only thing missing is any tracking of O2 readings . When I use Indoor Treadmill.. it automatically summarizes this workout as Indoor Running??? (I ‘m only going 2 - 2.5 mph at my age (70)…. When I use my Teeter Freestep which works like a semi recumbent stepper/elliptical I have to use the indoor cycle workout with the LetsFit IW1 Lite Watch. The only glitch seems to be my weekly summary on the watch itself.. I made Sunday my 1st day of the week in the app but my watch doesn’t seem to pick up on that.. But the app does??? I do like you can change your goals to suit where you’re at regardless of the automatic goals the app might put you at. You can always change your goals when you ready😁👍
