TWO WEEKS IN A ROW NOW THEIR NFL GAMES JUST SIT AND TRY TO CONNECT. IM SWITCHING BACK TO COMCAST.

My app keeps kicking me out my internet keeps disconnecting saying it’s not in range. I’m not very pleased with this internet service. I just am go to spectrum. Will update if they fix the problem but it disconnects at least 3 times a day and that’s just when I’m at home watching it.

The two separate sign ins is annoying

I can watch the tv at home. I want HTCMyAccount to watch my programs when away from home. Spectrum does it.

This MAX app on a fire stick would be great if we could create a set of channels we can go to easily. I’d also like to clear the history of random channels that we occasionally watch.

Not about HTCMyAccount but about the service. They keep letting someone cut the lines near me. Getting ready to get satellite internet. 6 times now they let people that don’t know what they are doing and cutting the line. Not satisfied . I need my internet and need internet i can depend on.

The HTCMax app on my Sony TV has severe pixelation. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling HTCMyAccount , rebooting the router, power cycling the router all have not corrected the problem. The router is on the same shelf as the TV. Tried connecting the router directly to the TV but the pan ports on the router are turned off. When Inhave an hour to waste I’ll call tech support.

If you’d like to pay your bill or add services HTCMyAccount is for you. If you were hoping HTC had caught up with the competition on being able to program a show on your DVR you’ll be disappointed. It does have a little feature that allows you to learn how to program your DVR at home.

It’s basically HTCs website just in app form. For as much as you pay for HTCs service you would think that they would get with the times and have features that the modern parent needs. Being that most parents work while their children are elearning you could set Time limits for cable and internet. One feature could be giving you the ability to turn off access to certain devices on the WiFi. Or shutting all services off at a certain time. Spectrum offers all of these services and its cheaper. HTC has a service lock on my area or I’d gladly go back to being a spectrum customer.

HTCs customer service reps and field people are amazing though!! So friendly and go above and beyond to help you.

This internet is awful and not worth its cost because half the time it doesn’t work. I’m getting very tired of calling someone out to fix it.

For several days in a a few weeks now our service has sucked . We’ve called and complained . I see online that you have a lot of angry customers. So what's the deal? Are you going to address this ongoing issue ???

Overall it’s very good but not accessible when traveling outside the country.

Much easier to use than the HTC website. You can check on all your services and pay your bill. The best thing is being able to change your wi-fi password from your phone.

Using the new HTC MyAccount app has made access to monthly bills so easy. Appreciate having everything on my phone. Love the HTC TV MAX app as well.

I love how easy HTCMyAccount is, and it gives me options I never had with the website alone.

This company has been great to me for almost two decades. I can’t wait until they can supply my internet so I can get rid of that company!

Can view statements, pay bill, change services and more , all in this conveniently east to use app.

Easy to read and understand. Easy to navigate. Now Horry Electric and Conway national need to follow!
