My app keeps kicking me out my internet keeps disconnecting saying it’s not in range. I’m not very pleased with this internet service. I just am go to spectrum. Will update if they fix the problem but it disconnects at least 3 times a day and that’s just when I’m at home watching it.

The HTCMax app on my Sony TV has severe pixelation. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting the router, power cycling the router all have not corrected the problem. The router is on the same shelf as the TV. Tried connecting the router directly to the TV but the pan ports on the router are turned off. When Inhave an hour to waste I’ll call tech support.

Not about the app but about the service. They keep letting someone cut the lines near me. Getting ready to get satellite internet. 6 times now they let people that don’t know what they are doing and cutting the line. Not satisfied . I need my internet and need internet i can depend on.
