How to fix Sounce app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sounce app on iPhone
Update Sounce app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve Sounce network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sounce app issues:

Force Stop the Sounce App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sounce app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sounce to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sounce App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sounce app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sounce.

Fix Sounce unable to contact server/ Sounce internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sounce » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sounce » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sounce on android.
