How to fix CiVox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CiVox app on iPhone
Update CiVox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CiVox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CiVox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CiVox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CiVox app issues:

Force Stop the CiVox App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CiVox app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CiVox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CiVox App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CiVox app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CiVox.

Fix CiVox unable to contact server/ CiVox internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CiVox » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CiVox » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CiVox on android.
