Before the update we drivers were able to see after every ride, how much money we get payed. And also we had a history of payments available for our records.
And now NOTHING:
There is no place to check how much money we the drivers make after each ride and we don’t have any access/control to check our rides during the week/month.
This is very inconvenient and wrong for any driver. To hide our earnings is just 100% wrong. Very wrong.
Why would developers choose to hurt drivers in such big way ?

This organization updated their app to where drivers can no longer see the pay for rides upfront. They’ve taken away the ability to review and dispute rides. There’s no transparency. Won’t work for a company that operates like this. A week of pay missing/unpaid since the update.

The mobile application started to glitch when uploading a driver's license photo.

Adroit is a complete scam you will drive your car and never be paid. Don’t download ADROITDriver if you don’t want to be scammed out of time and money.

I am in the process of signing up to become part of the company, but after I saw all the complaints here decided not to join. Their sign-up process is very slow and no response.

I was working on this company for a year and the company didnt give the schedule Back like They promised. They informed me that if they dont contact me, They would not have rides for anymore. Crazy stuff team with no clear comunication!

I had to spend around 220$ for the federal background check plus TB check up. I am not getting much or any rides for a long time even though the schools started. Seems like they r following Uber way which is hire tonne of drivers so they can pay lessss :(

They will kick u out whenever they want without any reason. Very slow

ADROITDriver crashes daily. It reboots nearly every time a notification is sent out. Rides disappear off ADROITDriver after you start them. The company is terribly disorganized and inefficient. Constant routing errors. Times on ADROITDriver are not correct. Be very cautious when thinking about working for this company.

Drivers needs to get paid more

This new version, navigation don’t working! Mqny bug’s at app. I don’t like it!

The consistent schedule and the kids is what makes working at ADROIT so great! I love having a consistent schedule so I can easily plan the rest of my day. Makes going to school and working part time a breeze!
