I cannot log in today 01/21/24. It just stays on the user name password screen and says cannot load user agreement. User name and password is accurate.

App closes while I try to enter info to add a vehicle
Please help me trying to resolve an issue. I am trying to add my son Jeep Wrangler to the 3rd transponder, he recently had another vehicle on it, tried the new app every time I try to enter the data the site shuts down. He owes a toll of 1.75 and I can’t even pay it, with my debit card. I have tried calling, but the wait is so long. I addressed this before in an email 2 weeks but yet to get a response, not even sure this will get addressed. Hope you can help me.
