How to fix PENN Play app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PENN Play app on iPhone
Update PENN Play app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PENN Play iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PENN Play on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PENN Play network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PENN Play Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PENN Play not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PENN Play App
1. On android, goto Settings » PENN Play » click [Force Stop]

Update PENN Play to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PENN Play App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PENN Play » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PENN Play.

Fix PENN Play unable to contact server/ PENN Play internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PENN Play » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PENN Play » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PENN Play
