They have been pushing the mywallet feature a lot lately. I took the bait and add money. First time using it, was great. Convenient and makes things easier and don’t have to worry about keeping track of your tickets. Went to the casino today with hundreds still in my wallet from when I added money/last trip and of course PENNPlay was glitching and wouldn’t load my balance. Finally would load and then not transfer to the machine. Was like that for several hours. Finally got it to allow me to transfer to my bank account. Will stick to cash for a while longer. I don’t like them playing with my money even more.

Some features are nice but the ability to book rooms is awful. Signing in once should be enough to make a reservation without having to input all your information several times.

It also seems like many of the properties are on different reservation systems. While you can easily book a reservation at one property you get error messages trying to book another.

If you’re anything like me, I’m constantly having to fumble through my wallet to find the correct casino card to pay for my food comps.

Now I can just pull out PENNPlay and scan my phone to pay for my food.

Also no more confusion about when my free play offers are valid 🎰🎰🎰

I can’t believe I can connect to slots with my phone now. PENNPlay does it all. I don’t understand how there’s anything below 5 stars unless you don’t know how to use your phone

I used to be able to get on here and check out my offers and promotions but for about a week now I haven’t been able to do that. It just keep saying network error. I messaged them on social media and on their contact us website and never heard back. I don’t get it they usually real good at emailing me back. Hope y’all fix it soon

PENNPlay is so easy to use. I can see all my offers in one place for mychoice casinos. You can also use it for your comps at restaurants instead of digging your card out!

You would think a company with this much revenue would have an app that would work. I have tried downloading PENNPlay several times and it lets you get to the last of creating a password and bombs out. If they would put as much effort into their app as they do trying to get you to spend money with them it would be good.

PENNPlay worked great until a week and a half ago. Now it doesn’t show any of my offers. I get an error message that says network failure, pull down to try again. Sent them an email and no help whatsoever.

PENNPlay is easy to use. Can check for offers quickly!

Makes trips to my casino WAY easier. I don’t have to go to the cage any more.

Trying to download and register. Filling in all the required info including MY account # and it says error and gives you a number to call. No one at that number. You have to leave a message. Don’t bother with PENNPlay. The casino can keep the money for downloading PENNPlay.

PENNPlay does not show any of my points or free slot play this is ridiculous you want people to come there and PENNPlay does not work right I have missed out on two free slot plays and they started me over as my choice when I should have been advantage not happy at all

Every part of PENNPlay says that it has a network error and is unable to show me anything. I can refresh all day, nothing. Deleted PENNPlay and re-installed, same issues. App doesn’t appear to be working.

I have downloaded PENNPlay several different time’s and I’m still unable to use it, all I get is something’s wrong pull down to refresh/ try again and when I do that still nothing.

Long time Mychoice member and PENNPlay has been a godsend. So easy to use.

Any reasonable hotel or casino company lets you book a room without signing in. I can’t even get restaurant info unless I sign in. What a waste....

What kind of casino company makes you sign in to even see anything about the casino or options onsite? What a joke...
