They have been pushing the mywallet feature a lot lately. I took the bait and add money. First time using it, was great. Convenient and makes things easier and don’t have to worry about keeping track of your tickets. Went to the casino today with hundreds still in my wallet from when I added money/last trip and of course the app was glitching and wouldn’t load my balance. Finally would load and then not transfer to the machine. Was like that for several hours. Finally got it to allow me to transfer to my bank account. Will stick to cash for a while longer. I don’t like them playing with my money even more.
App won’t let you finish setting up

You would think a company with this much revenue would have an app that would work. I have tried downloading the App several times and it lets you get to the last of creating a password and bombs out. If they would put as much effort into their app as they do trying to get you to spend money with them it would be good.

Trying to download and register. Filling in all the required info including MY account # and it says error and gives you a number to call. No one at that number. You have to leave a message. Don’t bother with this app. The casino can keep the money for downloading this app.
