How to fix Locals app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Locals app on iPhone
Update Locals app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Locals iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Locals on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Locals network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Locals Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Locals not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Locals App
1. On android, goto Settings » Locals » click [Force Stop]

Update Locals to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Locals App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Locals » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Locals.

Fix Locals unable to contact server/ Locals internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Locals » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Locals » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
