Every time I press a contact on chats it goes back to my Home Screen and on messages I press irl and it has no photos or anything!

To resolve IRL‎ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the IRL‎ App
1. On android, goto Settings » IRL‎ » click [Force Stop]

Clear IRL‎ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » IRL‎ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart IRL‎.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click IRL‎ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto IRL‎ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IRL‎
