How to fix Parceled app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parceled app on iPhone
Update Parceled app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parceled iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parceled on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parceled network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parceled Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parceled not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parceled App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parceled » click [Force Stop]

Update Parceled to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parceled App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parceled » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parceled.

Fix Parceled unable to contact server/ Parceled internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parceled » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parceled » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Parceled
