The app doesn’t load of wifi connection. It always said it can’t load until you connect to wifi. When I know damn well my wifi is working perfectly fine because it work on everything else perfectly fine.

How to fix CoStar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CoStar app on iPhone
Update CoStar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CoStar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CoStar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CoStar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CoStar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CoStar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CoStar App
1. On android, goto Settings » CoStar » click [Force Stop]

Update CoStar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CoStar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CoStar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CoStar.

Fix CoStar unable to contact server/ CoStar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CoStar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CoStar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CoStar
