Map selection (e.g. satellite map) does not work if dark mode is selected. Some UI elements are still white background (such as the map selector) when dark mode is selected. No way to use system dark mode setting... A bit sluggish and occasionally stops working entirely until I force-quit and restart. I am really happy this free app exists though, as my needs are very simple (I'm just looking to buy and like to evaluate available properties and their surroundings before going there and it is not worth it to me to pay an expensive subscription just for my simple use case. A couple things I'd really like to see, in addition to the above being addressed: 1. Sometimes a single parcel spans multiple non-contiguous polygons (for example when a road runs through the middle, but there are other cases). Parceled highlights only the section of the parcel that the crosshairs are over, and not the rest of it. This makes it confusing as the acreage won't look correct unless I hunt around and find another polygon with the same property details. 2. Support searching by GPS coordinates.

I just navigated through some of the maps, options, Tracts, etc. I’m very excited and impressed by the way y’all put this together for free.! I sold land for ROW with ALDOT for above the last ten years of my career and I know from working with GIS software, as well as other types of tract and parcel programs, and they’re expense. Y’all have done an amazing job putting this together, and I thoroughly understand it takes time to get certain data and everything working together to make it work as great as it does. It’s an obvious app I’ll put some time on, and also give any feedback I think could help you in any way to get Parceled Jumping! Great Job!

Parceled was great when I downloaded it. The property lines and info were close enough to get the job done well.
About a week ago I updated Parceled and now it’s at version 3.0.0. I no longer have any property lines or info. I tried to restart, create a log in, update iOS, all without successfully restoring the property lines and info.
If you look at the version history they are supposedly up to version 3.0.3. Parceled Store says I’m up to date and there’s no newer version available but inside Parceled it states I'm still on 3.0.0. Maybe 3.0.3 fixes this, but I don’t know how to update to 3.0.3?
When working properly, this is a 5 star app! Some people I know have recently downloaded it for the first time and it works for them. Others have updated like me and lost all functionality. Hopefully they can resolve this issue because we love Parceled .

I used Parceled for the first 5 minutes and found the mobile first experience to be really neat, rich data sets with tax and owner info really amazing and found most of my data from my randomly collected samples was reasonably accurate (so it’s reasonably reliable finding some minor issues to be expected data sets are large as this).

Lastly, It’s a free app, if you download it, help the team behind this by reporting issues, bugs, and inaccuracies in the data set!

Overall fantastic MVP (it’s clear this is a first step with bigger ambitions). Can’t wait to see what this team does in the future!

Parceled has been a game changer for the info I look for about properties on the fly. Recently it hasn’t been doing so well. When I open Parceled it always takes me to my current location which is fine. When I pull the search bar open I usually type an address and it starts to predict the address I am typing and I can usually find it. Sadly it is not doing that anymore. I am on version 3.0.0. And it does not say I can update to any other version. I am having to follow highways and roads as if I’m driving to attempt to find these properties. Quite frustrating compared to being able to just type in an address. Hopefully someone has had this problem and it can be fixed. If not, it looks like I’m going back to the old school way.

Parceled was life changing in my line of work! Had it working perfectly for about 4 months and then it told me that I exceeded my number of look ups and I needed to log in. (Which I hadn’t prior) Was still free so I don’t mind, tried to w Apple and kicked me out and crashed. Then I did w email. But now I can no longer type an address and find info. That’s what I basically need it for. I WILL PAY FOR Parceled, please fix this asap.

I have recently started using Parceled . Lots of nice features. When I type in any address it always gives an error, no matter how I type it; I.e. all caps or different abbreviations.
When I save one and I go to favorites to go there, nothing happens except it will take me to the details and if I tap view it goes back to favorites. If I want to check a place I have to find it by using the map only which is slow and cumbersome, you almost need to find it with google maps to get an idea where to look. I’ve pasted addresses in from my contacts and that doesn’t work either.

For me this app app has saved so much time, it sometimes has not the most recent info, understandable in my part, it’s imposible to reflect the latest info, the fact that it’s a free app, for the information it provides, that I use, being 5 stars the max one can give, I gladly give it 10 stars for what it does for me!!

For whatever reason the search bar will not work, great if you want to see where you are at and the places around you or if you want to spend hours scrolling the country to get to a specific spot. Please fix this so it works again!

I’ve been using for a couple months and it’s been fine. Now when I tap on name/ address it go’s blank and kicks me out and closes app. I deleted and downloaded again and still have that problem. I get name address but no info.

Parceled has been a huge benefit to, especially out in the field I don’t have the best cell phone reception. I can show clients boundaries for properties which is so helpful when you’re at a home trying to figure out boundaries.

I have been using Parceled since beta testing & not only is it extremely useful as well as informative but also the development team go out of their way to ensure the highest user satisfaction.

Parceled is easy to use and it has been pretty accurate with information. Which has helped me when I’m trying to learn about specific properties.

Parceled seems to work 60% of the time and I have t figured out how to troubleshoot it. Closing Parceled and restarting it doesn’t seem to work. When Parceled does work, it’s great! The info it shows isn’t always up to date at first glance but when you click “show details” on a property, it’s typically current info.

Parceled is fantastic simple to use with all the functions you could hope to have and very accurate even where I live way out in the boonies

Dear developers,

Parceled usually does the job, but sometimes it is laggy. The highlighted parcel may not highlight at all or is slow to respond. Sometimes it highlights weird and partially. Some parcels are randomly shaded in as green and I would like to disable that. There is some lag with zooming in and out.

I currently erased and re downloaded to make sure Parceled was updated cause the search bar is not finding any address. Is there a way to fix that?

And stalkers 😂 Saving properties to a list you create, or the Favorites, is possible, but it’s weird and difficult. But it’s free. Unlike another app that charges $10 a month.

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I wouldn’t know because when you click on support it just takes me to a web version that works great, but no support. Because on my phone, there is no parcel lines or information. Clicking on a location does nothing. This is from my initial experiance. Am I do doing something wrong, or does Parceled just not work????

I highly recommend this app! The ease of use is amazing. Really simple but provides you with all the info you could want. Great for all uses, especially real estate!

This was a great app until recently. Parceled has so many excellent features including providing a report on the property’s history, etc. this report is extremely useful but unfortunately this part of Parceled no longer works.

I love Parceled so much. I was able to walk along my property lines using the gps feature for the first time. So much easier than a paper property map assessment.
