Keep asking me to update my mobile number
It was good for a while. Then it keeps asking for me to go to website to update mobile number. First, why do I have to go to website to update the mobile number? I can’t I just updated on the app? Secondly after I’ve gone to the website to check, the mobile number is there. Nothing to update! I still keep getting the error message what a horrible app!

It’s an app that links to the website??
Thai Airways can’t pay a software developer for a proper smarthone UI? What’s the point of using the app if it’s the same as the website? Not only that, the website doesn’t work for phones. When you try to calculate miles to spend, it crashes, when you try to log in, it crashes.

Worst Update
When will Thai get their act together? New app doesn’t allow for profile edits/updates without connecting to website and terrible Interface. Apple wallet doesn’t update any longer. App is buggy and freezes constantly or redirects to the website which is equally bad. Spend some money and learn from your competitors like SQ or Eva.
