Probably the smoothest insurance process I’ve gone through - WAXCollectibles is intuitive and it’s easy to get a quote and formalize the policy. Hit a small roadblock and had to contact support but they responded immediately and got everything squared away. Highly recommend!
Insurance policies usually take some time and I had a last-minute trip pop up - got 2 watches insured before I left so I didn’t have to worry about bringing them with. Only took a few minutes to fill out the info, recommend to anyone in a pinch
I was referred to Wax by a friend to insure my watch collection. Wax coverage is underwritten by Chubb. The product is top notch and Wax’s customer service is outstanding. I am pleasantly surprised with how well thought out and easy WAXCollectibles is to use. With my other insurance policies, I still find myself using their website to login and manage my policies. With Wax, I was able to set up all of my insurance with WAXCollectibles . I haven’t needed to login on their website. Every insurance company should have such a well-designed app.
Great service for collectors with a wide variety of pieces at various values to insure. I primarily went with WAX because I didn't want the hassle of appraising watches with a value of 2-5k. Everyone I've interacted with at the company has been great. I've already added two watches to the policy, so happy to be a repeat customer.

Insurance isn’t supposed to be fun, but WAXCollectibles is as close to delightful as Insurance can be. Just take pictures and you can get your collectibles insured. Really competitive prices compared to all the other options out there too. Their staff also seemed super knowledgeable about my items and helped me get covered for the right amount. Nice job guys!
I was able to get a quote for auto insurance on an older model Porsche 911 within 5 min of setting up the application, and at a very reasonable rate, with no more than pictures and some basic info on the item.
Makes all the sense in the world to do this for any unique collectibles that would otherwise be bundled with generic home or auto insurance policies.
Had a very pleasant experience with Wax Insurance. I tried previously to use my homeowners with an umbrella policy to insure my watch collection and it became a giant runaround with appraisals and receipts. Five stars because I haven’t found an easier place to manage my collectibles and insure them. I use it as a way to gather my collectibles into one place so I can keep track of them. The insurance process was pretty simple and I was able to add items and tap through to checkout. Customer support was clear and timely.
Only downside was a couple of bugs here and there but they didn’t stop me from using WAXCollectibles .
