How to fix SZ E-Paper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SZ E-Paper app on iPhone
Update SZ E-Paper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SZ E-Paper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SZ E-Paper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SZ E-Paper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SZ E-Paper Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SZ E-Paper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SZ E-Paper App
1. On android, goto Settings » SZ E-Paper » click [Force Stop]

Update SZ E-Paper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SZ E-Paper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SZ E-Paper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SZ E-Paper.

Fix SZ E-Paper unable to contact server/ SZ E-Paper internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SZ E-Paper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SZ E-Paper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
