Defaults to a double page layout rather than single page that I prefer. Asks me to sign in to my Globe acct frequently. Doesn’t have the select section of the paper on the page bottom. I’m usually able to work around the issues, but acting very strangely in the last several days, including today April 6. Tried reinstalling the app but didn’t help.
Over the last few weeks I've have no problem accessing the epaper on my phone but desktop just gets stuck at the initial loading with the circle going around and around the B logo. How can I fix it?
I have a digital subscription and am having a problem with the date of the paper I'm downloading being 1-3 days behind. How can this be fixed?
Samsung tandroid tablet. I am having problems getting "View All Pages" row at bottom of screen to appear. I do this to get to another section of the paper. I put my index finger and thumb on the screen an "pinch" the screen. This sometimes work, but more often does not. This is very frustrating.
Globe app keeps loading yesterday’s paper
