3 years agoI paid for a three month subscription. Cannot get past the payment page. They have not emailed me anything. And they don’t recognize my email. Please issue a refund.

Don’t waist your money on this app
While running your music gets muffled and then comes on super loud all of a sudden… You can’t turn the robotic coaches volume down and she is extremely loud… When it starts to countdown the beeps are so loud in your ear if you’re listening to music. It doesn’t track your running if you’re running on a treadmill. And if you go out of the app to reply to a text message or if your phone screen times out the counter stops so you end up running longer than you need to because it’s no longer timing you. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 thumbs down. Paid 30$ for 3 months less than 24 hours ago and customer service doesn’t help to get your money back. I won’t be using this app for the next three months but they have no problem keeping my money even though I’m not satisfied... Your basically just paying for a timer that randomly stops every now and then

Doesn’t work well
I never right reviews, but I don’t care for this app AT ALL..... it doesn’t run well in the background, you stop to take a pic or answer a text, it stops recording.... would be off & on the times I was listening to music on my phone as I had forgotten my watch..... I ALWAYS run longer than it tells me to and it never records it.... I foolishly paid for a year.... hoping they will prorate it and only charge for a month of which I don’t plan on continuing to use it as it just is aggravating..... I’m sure there are way better less expensive apps out there with real fitness people driving them... the voice is a robot bot, and the running times seem arbitrary..... I’ve felt from the 1st run it’s just computer generated from China.

App didn’t work and cannot access Contact
I’m not one to write a bad review but this app seems like a fraud. I attempted to use the app several times. The data is way off from my Fitbit and each subsequent use went to Day 1. I decided to try using “contact” under settings to get help in figuring out the issues, however the contact screen doesn’t even open. I requested a refund but I don’t expect any response. Save your money and use the free 5k app or another free walking / running app. There is nothing special about this app and the cost is not worth especially for a non-functional one.
