This is a pretty descent app for accessing your basic plan info. One thing that’s lacking and sorely missed on my part is the pre-authorization information. I need to see what pre-auths have been submitted and whether they are pending, approved, or denied. My mail is very slow and unreliable so it would be nice to check in with HMAApp once a day to keep track. Also, if a pre-auth is denied I would like to see in HMAApp specifically why it was denied. The generic form letter HMA mails just gives a list of all the necessary criteria with no mention of which ones were not sufficiently satisfied. I could most certainly upgrade this to 5 stars if this important information is ever added.
