Login does not work

I tried my old login and nada. Forget password and nada. Went online to HSA Bank and had to make a new login. It lets me login online but tried the new login and nada.
The App is useless

Now there is no access to hsa bank on my phone. HSABank cannot login, old app has been mandatory removed.
