Give options to view orders or send notifications on oder ready or pickup times— shouldn’t have to wait for an email to check

Doesn’t take Apple Pay, you add your card and if it declines for whatever reason you can’t add another one without doing the whole order over. Boba will often be out in store but there’s no way to put it on FENGCHA .

I love Feng Cha, the drinks are amazing there. FENGCHA is not as great. It takes a horrendously long time to type out my location so I can order. Each letter I press, FENGCHA lags for the letter to appear. I can deal with that issue but now whenever I open FENGCHA it logs me out of my account and when I log back in, an error message appears that states that something happened and I need to log in again. Another issue is when I browse FENGCHA as a “guest” the menu is disjointed, meaning that the names do not align with the images. I wish I could attach a photo to prove but basically I can’t order anything as everything is moved to the side and not aligned. When I try to add something to the cart I can’t. I want to contact support but I can’t because I can only use FENGCHA as a guest. Please fix these issues. Using FENGCHA was really helpful because my Feng Cha location is in a cramped plaza with little to no parking.

Nothing is more irritating than shrinking your product while increasing your price. Do one or the other but not BOTH! Cups look tall but are super skinny, so not much product. Add ice to that order and you’ve got very little liquid.

FENGCHA doesn’t say if the reward points expire or not. (Does anyone know? )

FENGCHA is great the one problem is the store that I go to that is on 2645 Arapaho Rd isn’t in the forgot to scan to earn rewards section. That’s the only issue I’m having but I still love the drinks😋

I’ve been coming to Feng Cha since the beginning of 2020 and I’ve loved it ever since. Great drinks, great customer service, and now an app?! It can’t get any better than here. Definitely deserves 5-stars.

Love the ease of use of FENGCHA . I order within 2 taps and my tea is usually ready as I’m walking through the door!! Granted I order the exact same thing every time, lol. App is great and service is A1! Love this place!!
